Woodnest is a collection of treehouses hidden in the woods above Odda, Norway, where nature and luxury meet.

It all began with a promise: a shy Norwegian man told the girl from Sydney he loved that he would build her a treehouse to propose in. He kept it, and that first treehouse became the dream behind Woodnest. Today, Woodnest Originals sit in the heart of the forest and Woodnest Mountaintops high above the fjord. Each treehouse is built from locally sourced, sustainable materials and placed to leave the woods as untouched as possible. Guests reach them on foot, on a steep 20 to 60 minute hike up the mountainside.
